4'5" x 8' ft hand knotted A+ top possible condition authentic vintage rug (mid 1900s estimate south caucas / caucasian regions) made of wool and vegetable dyes. Even original pile. Professionally cleaned. No holes tears rips. Natural vegetable dyes oxidize over the century giving many tones lighter and darker, a beautiful affect called 'abrash' by curators and collectors. Natural dyes from pomegranate beet indigo and more double tied knots on two foundation layers for generations of use. Fine, durable, clean heirloom item with value and old world quality.
