Description

This beautiful, handmade rug features a geometric pattern in vibrant multicolor hues. It has been hand-woven from wool and you can see that the maker got off the pattern in the middle of the rug. This to me adds to the human element of this piece. What must it's creator been thinking when they realized the error....but they continued on despite the flaws. The thickness of the yarns make for a durable piece. It is a runner or entryway size of 5'2" x 2'8", though I used it under a small bistro sized table. I purchased this at an auction and it was listed as a Caucasian rug, but I have no way of verifying that. It is in clean condition from a pet and smoke free home. There is some raveling damage to one edge as seen in the picture. This is a heavy item. I don't set the price of shipping the post office does but I do try and measure and weigh items to allow for the least postage possible. Thanks for looking.
